se328 Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this agreement:

• "Platform" / "se328" — refers to the online gaming platform operated at se328.pro, including all subpages, services, games, sportsbook markets, and associated features.
• "Member" / "You" — any individual who has completed the registration process and holds a valid se328 account.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member on the Platform, which holds the Member's balance, transaction history, bonus records, and personal details.
• "Balance" — the funds held in a Member's account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Member on a game, casino table, sportsbook market, or any other betting product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by se328 subject to bonus terms, which are distinct from real-money balance until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks, address verification, and source-of-funds checks, as required by se328's compliance obligations.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all se328 operational hours, payment processing windows, and bonus validity periods unless otherwise stated.
• "Applicable Law" — the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which se328 is licensed, as well as any internationally recognised compliance standards applicable to the Platform's operations.

To register and maintain an active account on se328, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. se328 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and consent to age verification checks.
2. You must be accessing and using the Platform for your own personal entertainment and on your own behalf. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party, or operating an account for commercial gain on behalf of others, is strictly prohibited.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national or local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of se328 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on se328 or on any other platform through a shared exclusion programme recognised by se328.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Individuals who lack legal capacity under the laws applicable to them are not permitted to register.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of se328 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.

se328 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by se328 may result in account suspension and withholding of balance pending review.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) se328 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual — whether using different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and must notify se328 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. se328 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify se328 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

se328 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason, subject to returning any verified real-money balance to the account holder through the original payment method.

se328 supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) exclusively. All balances are held, displayed, and settled in IDR. No currency conversion fees are applied by se328; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which se328 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transfers and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. se328 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on standard banking days. Requests submitted after this cut-off, or on Indonesian public holidays, will be processed on the next available banking day. se328 does not guarantee processing times that are contingent on third-party payment providers.

se328 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds evidence — before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Any balance found to have been deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited in full, and the associated account will be permanently closed.

Members must not use the se328 platform as a financial instrument for the purpose of transferring, converting, or laundering funds. Any account identified as engaging in such activity will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

se328 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The specific terms, eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance. Real-money balance is wagered first; bonus funds become active thereafter, unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• se328 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, via multiple accounts, or in violation of any promotion-specific or general terms.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• se328 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that members who have already opted in to a promotion and begun wagering will not be adversely affected mid-cycle.

All games available on se328 — including live casino tables, slot titles, sportsbook markets, and any other betting products — are governed by the individual rules published within each game or market interface, as supplied by the respective certified game studio or odds provider. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

se328 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by its studio partners, all of whom are subject to independent third-party auditing. Results are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to disconnections, server outages, or display errors — that occur during an active wager will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's balance.

Members must not use any software, tool, algorithm, bot, or other automated mechanism to interact with se328 games or markets. Such activity constitutes cheating and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds. Collusion between members in live casino games is similarly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

For sportsbook markets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be settled as winners for the accumulator to pay out. Voided legs within a mix parlay are removed from the slip and the remaining odds recalculated accordingly. Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change without prior notice.

se328 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe environment for all members. The following tools are available to all registered members at no charge, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is activated, it takes effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out regardless of active activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed and no wagers can be placed.

se328 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and all deposits returned. se328 uses third-party age verification services as part of its KYC process to enforce this restriction.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of se328.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use se328's brand name, logo, or trade marks in any context outside the Platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the Platform or its content for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Any unauthorised use of se328's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, se328 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if se328 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

se328's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

se328 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable, but se328 accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability of the Platform during such windows.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes se328's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

se328 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice if se328 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• The account is being operated by an ineligible individual, including anyone under 21 years of age.
• The Member's account is subject to a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or freezing of funds.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to se328, other members, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon account closure initiated by se328 for cause, any pending bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the Member through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting se328 support. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned, and any active bonus funds will be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which se328 holds its operating licence. se328 operates under internationally recognised licensing standards and maintains compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and se328 that cannot be resolved through our standard support escalation process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. se328's decision on any matter relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.

Members acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their jurisdiction of residence and accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of their participation. se328 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside the scope of its operating licence.

se328 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the se328 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. The version of these Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any dispute will apply to that dispute.
